Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before booking your first session with Vicky.
Together, we identify how we can best work together. This lays the foundation for our conversation. We then clarify what you want to focus on and how we'll know the session has been valuable before exploring the focus area more fully.
Throughout the session, I may ask questions or point things out. There are no right or wrong answers to the questions and you have full autonomy to decide where you want to go.
At the end of the session, I'll support you in defining your action steps and accountability framework.
Simply come with one specific topic or challenge you would like to explore. Make sure you are in a quiet space where you feel comfortable speaking openly.
Sessions are virtual and conducted using Google Meet. You'll receive a link when you book your session.
Yes. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of the coaching relationship. In accordance with the ICF Code of Ethics, what you share in our sessions is held in strict confidence and will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent.
The only exceptions are those required by law — for example, if there is a credible risk of harm to yourself or others. Where possible, these situations would be discussed with you openly before any action is taken.
The choice is yours. Sessions are available on a single-session basis with no ongoing commitment required.
If you are curious about what a longer coaching engagement might look like, we can explore that together during a discovery call or at the end of your first session.
Life happens, and flexibility matters. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule, except in cases of genuine emergency.
You can manage your booking directly through the confirmation you receive at the time of booking. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out and I will always do my best to find a workable solution.
The Impact-Focused Method (IFM) is a proprietary four-step framework I developed to bridge the communication gap between technical teams and executive leadership.
That's exactly what the Discovery Call is for. It's a free, 30-minute virtual conversation where we can explore your current situation, what you're hoping to achieve, and which coaching option would be the best fit — with no commitment required.
Don't hesitate to reach out directly — I'm happy to answer anything before you commit to a session.
