The Cost of the Communication Gap

Months of reworking the business case, meetings after meetings and yet no decision in sight. The calculations have been done, the scenarios thoroughly worked out, the financial impact calculated but it still isn't enough. From the technical side, frustration, exhaustion and worries about running out of time to meet deliverables or mitigate safety risks. On the other side, the decision makers are confused, overwhelmed and feeling the pressure of owning a decision.

It's not just about improving communication skills like presenting or using layperson terms. The problem is that the connections between the technical and business sides aren't clear to everyone.

I know what it costs in terms of delayed decisions, safety incidents, and organizations that can't move at the speed of their best experts.

I created The Impact-Focused Method because the usual "soft skills" training never solved the real problem. My goal is to make the world a safer, more efficient place by helping technical experts lead with impact and executives lead with clarity.
